The public radio station in Tulsa is currently playing the program Justice Talking. Right now they’re debating the “moment of silence” in public schools. One of the lawyers just made a nice little point: if the state proposed a moment of silence where students, if they choose, can engage in erotic fantasy, it would be widely regarded as ludicrous.
I like that analogy.
