Well, Shit
As we were making our way around Denver on 270, we learned that I-70 was closed all the way to Kansas. We holed up in a La Quinta with the dog and will see what tomorrow brings us. I had really wanted to make it about an hour or two east of Denver on this leg, but you gotta do what you gotta do, and there was no sense in risking being stuck in eastern CO with all the hotel rooms full.
yes, I saw that in the news and wondered about you guys…any hope today?

We left Denver at about 9:00. Made it to Enid, OK at about 8:45.

Tupelo, MS. We left Enid about 9:30 yesterday. We made great time until just east of Little Rock, AR, where we hit a huuuuuge traffic jam/construction zone and lost an hour finding an alternate route.
